ACS Volunteer Impact Series

 

You are invited to save the date for the ACS Volunteer Impact Series, a virtual experience to showcase the impact volunteers have on the American Cancer Society’s mission to save lives, celebrate lives, and lead the fight for a world without cancer.

 

Session 1: April 20, 2021, 6:00pm – 9:30pm ET

During National Volunteer Week, join volunteer emcees Margaret McCaffery and Scott Rollin as we honor and celebrate our top volunteers and welcome our new CEO – plus, join a special cooking demonstration hosted by Chef Ann Marr from the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge® in St. Louis.

 

Session 2: May 11, 2021, 6:00pm – 7:30pm ET

ACS Chief Medical and Scientific Officer Dr. Bill Cance will introduce members of the Office of Cancer Research Integration and highlight the work they’re doing to drive impact in every community.

 

Session 3: June 15, 2021, 8:00 pm ET – 9:15pm ET

A Day of Understanding hosted by the American Cancer Society Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Team, will focus on how we can do the work to address biases and carry out the critical Health Equity work in our communities.
