West Region Illuminate Hope Campaign

Hello Relayers,

 

We are excited to announce the rollout of the West Region Illuminate Hope Campaign! This touching campaign will begin on Monday, July 13th and will run through August 1st. The purpose of this campaign is to generate income through the sales of luminarias which culminates into the wrap-up activity of Illuminating Hope at your Doorstep on Saturday, August 1st. Participants of the campaign are encourages to display their luminarias on their doorstep and post photos on social media. 

 

Here are a few highlights of the campaign:

• Promotional outreach to all 23,176 Relay participants registered in the West Region

• Challenging each participant to sell at least 10 luminaria bags between July 13th and August 1st

• On August 1st asking participants to "Illuminate HOPE On Your Doorstep" by illuminating Relay bags or printing them and displaying then at their home for others to see and on social media

• If all 23,176 participants each raising $100 (that's 10 bags at $10 each) the American Cancer Society fundraising income potential is $2,317,600
